This is an expanded version of Finding Peace and Health Through Mindfulness and in its complete form is an eight week class. It can be adapted to be shorter. Through experiential exercises, participants learn “what makes them tick”; how to change reactions that come from unconscious conditioning, into mindful, centered responses. This new self-awareness brings clarity to decision-making, enhances relaxation, and creates internal peace. This class was originally designed to help those dealing with chronic pain, disease, or major life transition, as well as stress. There is a daily time commitment but the results are life-altering.
