Your Appointment
When you call or e-mail the office, you will be sent a Health Appraisal Questionnaire and Food Diary. You must complete these forms at home and bring them with you for your appointment (or return by mail/e-mail before your phone appointment).

You will leave the very first appointment with a treatment plan to help you reach your goals. Some elements of your treatment plan may include:

  • A customized food plan, based on many factors, including metabolic needs, blood type, etc.
  • Blood/saliva tests/ urine testing as needed
  • Recommendations for vitamins, minerals, and herbs to support your healing process
  • Suggestions for your at-home self-care:  exercise, guided imagery, essential oils
  • Resources for other holistic practitioners for:  body work, energy work, etc.
  • Ongoing support and guidance

This may include referrals to a network of practitioners whose work we know and trust. Therefore, when appropriate, an entire team can provide ongoing support for you during your healing process.

Follow-up is generally 30 days later and lasts one hour.

After the first follow-up we usually go to 30 minute follow-ups. Remember, this is a general pattern and can change, depending on your needs.

This service offers a type of electrical therapy which can provide detoxification support LINK, energy balancing, and pain management.
$25 or  5 sessions for $100

Payment Policies

  • Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the office visit.
  • Full payment is expected at the time of service unless arrangements are made ahead of time.
  • Payments may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.  Payment plans may be available. Please inquire.
  • We must have a credit card on file to mail products.
  • Multi family member discounts are given: each family member receives $25 off their initial visit.
