Do you accept insurance?
Unfortunately, insurance does not cover our services at this time. We do, however, accept MasterCard and Visa, checks and cash. If cost is a hardship we will be happy to arrange a payment plan that meets your needs.
How do you assess client’s needs?
I use a combination of an extensive and detailed questionnaire, which you are asked to complete before you come to the office, and a thorough interview. Sometimes testing is indicated, but generally only after we ascertain how much progress we can make based on clinical information.
How can I get my supplements between office visits, or after we are finished with formal counseling?
You may continue to order your supplements through the office by phoning 814-234-0785 or e-mailing Leesa at bewellassociates@aol.com. Orders are usually out the next day, either in the pick-up box near the office door or if you request, through US Mail.
What does it mean to be Registered and/or Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition?

How often can I be treated?
Between the ages of 10 and 65, it's recommended every other day. Under 10 and over 65 the recommendation is every third day.
Why can't I be treated everyday?
Daily treatments may create a healing crisis as the bodies detoxifying systems come into balance. This may cause excessive fatigue. This detoxification occurs through the skin, which is the second largest detoxifying system in the body after the lungs.
Can I touch the array during treatments?
Yes, this will not alter the treatment in any way.
Can I use the "EB" Ion Therapy while taking prescriptions drugs?
Most doctor prescribed medicines will not cause any harm but the decision is best left up to you and your physician. We recommend consulting your physician prior to use.
Should I take off my jewelry?
Any jewelry that will be in the water bath should be removed.
Is the treatment safe to use for people who hae metal plates in their bodies?
Yes! The only concern is for electrical implants. Again, we recommend consulting your physician prior to use.
What is the function of the array?
The array is the conductive transfer unit of the direct current into the water which generates the ionic field and hence transfers the energy into the body.
What are the bubbles coming from the array?
The bubbles are the separation of the hydrogen and oxygen in the water as the ionic field is being created.

Directions from PSU campus and 322 North (Pt. Matilda, Altoona, etc.) Turn left (south) onto Atherton Street (Rte 322). Proceed to University Drive (there is a Marriott’s Residence Inn” on the corner) and turn left. At the light, turn left onto Easterly Parkway. After ½ mile you will see Parkway Medical Center on the right, across the street from Easterly Parkway Elementary School. We are in the first building as you enter the complex, and if you park in the back and take the elevator, there are no steps.
