Your Appointment
When you call or e-mail the office, you will be sent a Health Appraisal Questionnaire and Food Diary. You must complete these forms at home and bring them with you for your appointment (or if long distance, return by mail before your phone appointment).
Initial consultation lasts 90 minutes and the fee is $150.
You will leave the very first appointment with a treatment plan to help you reach your goals. Some elements of your treatment plan may include:
- A customized diet, based on many factors, including metabolic needs, blood type, etc.
- Blood/saliva tests/ urine testing as needed
- Recommendations for vitamins, mineral, herbs to support your healing process
- Suggestions for specific exercise, guided imagery, essential oils, body work, energy work, other practitioners, etc.
- Ongoing support and guidance
This may include referrals to a network of practitioners whose work I know and trust. Therefore, when appropriate, an entire team can provide ongoing support for you and your healing process.
Follow-up is generally 30 days later and lasts one hour. ($75)
Beyond that we usually go to 30 minute follow-ups. Remember, this is a general pattern and can change, depending on your needs.
Often your first contact with Be Well Associates is Office Assistant Leesa Barnoff. She'll greet you with a smile, answer your questions, and schedule your initial appointment. Later, she will take care of your supplement needs swiftly and efficiently. It is her voice that you will hear to remind you of your follow-up appointment.
